At GuyCo Homes we offer design services to meet all of our clients needs. We provide you with two options, cost plus and square foot pricing to meet your needs and budget requirements.Square Foot Pricing We try to speculate your taste and put together a base price with allowances for items such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring and cabinetry. The price can range from $100 to $175 per square foot, depending on the architectural detail of your plan and the amenities you select.

Cost Plus Pricing You control the cost. We give you the options and you have the buying power of GuyCo Homes. We put together a management fee on top of that. This option will almost always leave you with equity in your home on closing day.
