We had our master bath and bedroom remodeled in which we added on 360 sq ft to the master bedroom area; including tear outs, ceiling, etc. We, also, added hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, and in the hallways. We partially remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom. There were, also, a few other items that we had taken care of during the projects, such as, repairing the chimney, gutters and door handles.
There is nothing to say but that GuyCo is as close to perfect as you can get. I am a perfectionist and so is Jon Guy, Chad Guy and the team. I do not accept shortcuts and neither does GuyCo. A prune example to demonstrate GuyCo’s commitment to perfection is when I was on my 13th round of demands for my “spa” bathroom and we had little to no room left to work in. Jon Guy, was a little frustrated with my silliness, jokingly he said, “ the problem here is that you want me to create “Disney World” in a 7’ x 5” space,” to which I responded jokingly, “ Jon, you exaggerate, I know there is a little more space than that.” So, he put his nose to the grindstone and continued to make me my “Disney World” bathroom. The rest of my home is, also, essentially a new home. Now, the story continues and the GuyCo team must begin my new outdoor living space.
Contractors, especially remodelers, do not have the greatest of reputations.
GuyCo completely changes that reputation. GuyCo’s slogan, “Honor &
Integrity… A Foundation You Can Count On!” is the truth. Our home is a
positive proof of that.
Many things distinguish GuyCo from other service providers, such as their black trucks and GuyCo signage but the main one is Jon Guy’s oversight. You not only see him at the sale and when you hand him the final check, you see him throughout the project. I have no doubt that if there is a service issue in the future it will be handled in the same fashion as our project was, quick and efficient.

It was truly a pleasure to work with the Guy company from start to finish. They were very informative through the whole process by letting us know what they were going to be doing to our house on a day to day basis. They were very friendly and always willing to work with us on any changes and especially on some of the small things that pop-up while going through a remodel like this. They would offer different ideas and suggestions which made us very comfortable. From the time we had the architect come in and make drawings through the last nail being hammered in everything was very professional. One thing that really impressed me was how clean they kept the work area and how friendly all of the people involved with the projects were. What I thought was going to be a headache was made very simple by Guyco’s dedication to keeping us, the customer, happy. A lot of that had to do with the fact that from a day to day basis we knew what was going on from taking off the roof, putting on gutters, electrical work, plumbing, whatever it was we knew what was coming.
